The controller of data relating to mindset-audio.com and correspondence with Mindset Audio is Paweł Piaskowski, trading as Mindset Audio through an unregistered business activity in Poland. Address: Koralowa 40, 73-102 Witkowo Drugie, Poland. Polish tax identification number (NIP): 8542256734. Privacy contact: info@mindset-audio.com, telephone +48 535 283 488.
This policy covers browsing the public information website, contacting us and the roles of parties involved in purchases through Paddle. You do not need an account to read the product information and documents.
2. Data and purposes
When you connect, the server receives technical data necessary to handle your request, such as your IP address, the requested page and information sent by your browser. This is used to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
When you contact us by email or telephone, we process the contact details you provide, your enquiry and relevant product or transaction information. This enables us to respond, take steps at your request before a contract or perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), comply with an applicable legal obligation (point (c)), or handle correspondence and protect legal claims based on legitimate interests (point (f)).
Providing information in correspondence is voluntary, but without the details necessary to respond or identify a transaction we may be unable to resolve your enquiry. Do not send card details, passwords, sign-in codes or full licence secrets. The public website does not collect audio recordings, DAW projects or the contents of your computer.
3. Cookies, analytics and links
The public information website does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics. The static website does not store cookies or data in your browser's local storage. You choose a language by following links to the relevant website version.
An email link opens your mail application. Links to Paddle and other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. We do not load their tracking tools simply because you read this page. Contacting us or purchasing a product does not constitute consent to marketing.
4. Recipients and providers
Website hosting and infrastructure are provided by home.pl. Contact email is handled using Zoho Mail. Authorised providers receive data to the extent necessary to perform these services. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required or to advisers assisting with claims, subject to confidentiality.
For purchases through Paddle, the relevant Paddle entity processes payment, billing and fraud-prevention information as an independent controller. Mindset Audio does not receive the full card number or card security code. Transaction information needed for product delivery, support or refunds may include email address, purchase ID, product, amount, currency and payment status. See the Paddle Privacy Policy.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Email and payment providers operate internationally. Their services may involve entities outside the European Economic Area. Required safeguards may include a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, depending on the particular transfer. Contact us for information about providers and applicable safeguards; see also the Zoho Privacy Policy and Paddle's policy.
6. Retention
Technical data is processed as necessary to deliver the connection and maintain security. Routine access logging for the public website is disabled. Error or incident information containing personal data is limited to what is needed to diagnose and investigate the event.
We retain correspondence for the time needed to resolve the matter and subsequently only as necessary to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The period depends on the nature of the enquiry, the duration of the contract, applicable legal periods and any dispute. Ending product access after a refund does not automatically erase transaction or complaint evidence.
7. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access and a copy of your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Contact info@mindset-audio.com. We may request information necessary to confirm your identity. You may also complain to your competent supervisory authority, including Poland's President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
We do not carry out marketing profiling or make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects in connection with browsing this website.
8. Security and updates
We use HTTPS and restrict data access to people and services that need it for their tasks. No system provides an absolute security guarantee. If a breach occurs, we follow the applicable GDPR obligations.
Changes to this policy are published with an update date. Adding services involving new processing requires corresponding information to be updated before those services are introduced.
