The operator of mindset-audio.com and the software supplier and licensor is Paweł Piaskowski, trading as Mindset Audio through an unregistered business activity in Poland. These terms govern use of the website and explain the terms of the software offered. The information about a particular purchase, price and licence presented before ordering forms part of the offer. Browsing the website does not itself conclude a purchase.
2. Using the website
Browsing is free. You need an Internet connection and an up-to-date browser supporting HTTPS. You must not compromise the website's security, submit unlawful content or use the service in ways that infringe other people's rights. Rights in text, graphics and software remain with their respective owners; uses permitted by mandatory law remain unaffected.
You can contact us by email about the website, product and availability. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full licence keys or payment card details.
3. Product, price and licence
Autogain-in-Chain is one package containing two cooperating plugins, A and B, for Windows x86-64 in VST3 format. A measures the reference signal before a processor or effects chain and B matches the level after it. A compatible VST3 host is required. Check the release description for compatibility with your operating system and DAW before purchasing.
The regular package price is EUR 30.00 including tax. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Paddle checkout may convert the price into a supported local currency; the final amount, currency, taxes and any discount are shown before you confirm payment.
The licence covers both components and use by one licensee on up to two simultaneously activated devices. The right to use the purchased version is perpetual. Purchase does not transfer copyright, include all future major versions or guarantee compatibility with all future systems. Detailed licence terms are presented before purchase.
A technical entitlement check is not a subscription renewal. Refreshing proof of an active licence for the same device is free and does not constitute another purchase.
4. Purchase and delivery
For purchases made through Paddle, the transactional seller (Merchant of Record) is the relevant Paddle entity identified in checkout and on the receipt. Paddle handles payment, transaction documentation and payment refunds. Mindset Audio supplies the software and product support. The Paddle Buyer Terms also apply.
An order is placed through an available checkout after reviewing the description, price and terms and expressly confirming the obligation to pay. Download and activation information is provided in connection with a confirmed purchase. Keep your receipt. Returning from the payment window does not replace payment confirmation.
5. Withdrawal, complaints and refunds
Withdrawal and refund rules are explained in the Refund Policy. Direct payment enquiries and withdrawal requests concerning a Paddle transaction to Paddle Buyer Support. Contact us for technical issues and matters concerning Mindset Audio services. We help identify the appropriate contact channel; this does not restrict any applicable customer rights.
Immediate supply of digital content can affect a withdrawal right only where the legally required conditions have been met, including prior express consent, acknowledgement of the consequences and the required confirmation. Rights concerning defects, non-conformity and non-delivery remain unaffected.
Include information identifying the transaction, a description of the issue and the remedy sought. We handle complaints in accordance with applicable deadlines and consumer rights. We do not offer an additional unconditional money-back guarantee beyond statutory rights and Paddle's rules.
A full refund ending the purchase ends the right to use the product under that transaction. A price reduction or partial refund does not by itself terminate the entire licence. The technical validity of a previously issued offline document does not extend the right to use the product after the purchase has ended.
6. Customer rights and changes
These terms do not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights, including protection available under the law of the consumer's country of residence. Statutory rights concerning complaints, liability and disposal of a lawfully acquired software copy remain unaffected.
Changes are published with an update date. Later changes do not retrospectively change the terms of a concluded purchase. Information about personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
